• While calls are taken anytime during normal business hours, we recommend calling weekdays between 10am and 2pm
• Appointments are accepted a minimum of 49 hours in advance and up to two weeks in advance
• A scheduler will ask for your name, address, phone number, destination, pick-up and return times
• Appointments must be confirmed by phone between 7:30 and 8:30 am the day of your appointment
• Services are provided as a compliment to the fixed-route buses. Origin and destination for each trip must be within ¾ mile of an existing fixed-route by PVTA
