- Absolutely NO TIPPING the drivers
- When comparing cost and service, compare the door-to-door service provided with a taxi ride, not a city bus ride
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Passengers will not be allowed to ride without fastened seatbelts
- Shopping: Each passenger is limited to three (3) bags only. The first infraction results in oral notification, a second occurrence results in written notification, and if there is a third occurrence, the passenger will be removed from the shopping group for 30 days. Shopping carts are not allowed on the vans.
Timing is Everything!
Drivers will wait no longer than five (5) minutes for you once they arrive. To be on the safe side, try to be ready a few minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. If you are not ready to go after the maximum 5-minute wait time, the van will depart. You may risk the loss of your trip entirely should another van be unavailable for return. Schedules are established in advance and it is your responsibility to be ready and assist us in providing a timely service.Change your mind? No problem.
You must call the office to cancel a scheduled trip at least one hour prior to your pick-up time. Failure to do so will result in a No Show violation. Three such violations within 30 days results in a 30-day suspension of services.
